If we see from the alpha’s perspection it like the alpha has his own deep reason like is trying to protect chen chao but from the doctor’s perspection it looks like he already knows chen chao according to the first time he saw chen chao his reaction with different you know he said it is him or so so he already knows the truth and who chen chao is but if we see from chen Chao’s perspection there is no one usually kind or nice to him except the doctor but the doctor is just a friend for him and to briefly says relation with the alpha he loves him deeply and the alpha also loves him dearly but he doesn’t understand at all about why he’s keeping him locked up so he’s paranoid with the alpha in short lot’s of drama and hard to figure out still the clues are obvious I love this one so much
