The fifteen in the dreams is just thta in the dreams created by senior, remember in past episode the demon inside senior asked senior what Cen Lin would think if he found out that he is the one giving him the nightmares.
I think senior is fifteen but is a sheel of a body, based on the conversation, I understand now why CTN Lin thinks of fifteen when senior hugs him. The only for fifteen to come back is coming out of the dream and senior take o very his body.
