I guess the one who fired the gun maybe is the celebrity friend of Shiqi. I mean, he might have hired someone to kill Feng Ran. Because of feng ran, he reputation was damaged and he wanted to take revenge. Thats what I think. And before firing the light got reflected which got the attention of Shiqi and he knew someone is aiming at them.
