In a relationship both side’s feelings are valid.. just because MC was poorer, doesnt mean he could just not put effort into their relationship.. and he actually messed up several time.. ML also not perfect, but he also deserved to be upset when he felt his trust was betrayed
I soooo agree with the guy/girl downstairs. This time it was a misunderstanding and kinda shen chen’s fault for lying and not explaining the kiss. Ren already gave their relationship a second chance by coming back even after thinking he was cheated on by shen. Trust is another thing but why would you expect ml to blindly trust mc? Trust me if it was ren being kissed and shen chen breaking up them some people will still call ren a d!ckhead for letting someone kiss him, i dunno why most reader always supports the bottom guys/fl no matter what they did (some even explain and justify their cheating) but when it comes to Top/ML even the slightest mistake or sometimes not even mistake makes them bad guy,red flag, cheater.

I read a Ancient themed manhwa where the cheater wife of duke got reincarnated and this time she decides to have a kid with the ml so she has back up after ml dies and also ignoring her past life adulterer. So basically, ML was cheste for fl cause he was married at a young age and risking his life in battlefield and fl living off of his hard earned money was getting fvcked by another man while he was in a live or die situation in the battlefield. Fans excuse for the fl was She’s too young and felt lonely and doesn’t know what marriage is at the young age. So ML is expected to remain celibate for fl even tho he was young and he at fl’s age was fighting enemies while she was cheating on him in his own house?!? And this young sh!t excuse is already unacceptable in ANCIENT themed manhwas. I dropped the book cause cheaters don’t deserve 2nd chance and the brainless comments on that manhwa was infuriating.
Sorry Pyonpyon, I can’t agree with you at all. You make the Mc out to be blameless and you treat the ML like he isn’t allowed to have actual human emotions and reactions. The Mc ghosted him for a hot second. Did you miss the chapter where the MC missed more than three important dates with no explanation? Or the chapter where he straight-up lied to the ML?
Even the Mc acknowledged that he dropped the ball a lot. Yet you insist that the ML is wrong for feeling neglected and acting on his hurt. Just because he has money doesn’t mean he genetically removed his ability to have ‘feelings’…
If your boyfriend/ girlfriend only responded every once in a while to your text, missed your birthday, Valentine’s Day, and doesn’t show up when you’re sick, would you be a ‘dickhead’ for being upset? No you’d be the one everyone took sides with. I’m so sick of seeing girls put the ML’s down every time they make a mistake or act on their feelings. Like they are robots or something. God forbid they make a mistake! It’s a good thing these characters literally have their soulmates made for them that ‘tolerate’ and even work with their flaws.
