I understand why zhao ask them for breaking up , from the first second chapter, it stated that Xiao actually tired with their relationship, so that why he has an ambiguous relationship with the white hair, Zhao feels that he give everything to their relationship but Xiao repay it with “ambiguous cheating”, that’s why this long event happend.
When Xiao realize his wrongdoing, Zhao already “mad” and want to forget all their 7 years. But really, they lack of communication because Zhao already cover his ears and Xiao act like a kid lost his toy. Both are childish, didn’t want to understand other side perspective and only draw their own conclusion.
What’s so outstanding about Zhao, he’s acting like a little b***. His partner hasn’t done anything that could be called cheating, even if he’s acting really dumb and aggressive right now, it’s because he’s met with such infuriating indifference. If you were having problems with your relationship because of a lack of affection and excitement, you should’ve discussed it instead of childishly saying “let’s break up” to someone you’ve been together with for years and who you are raising a child with.
