My dad would beat the ever loving shit out of me every day with whatever he could get, cable wire etc. If I screamed he would hit me harder and longer, so now he Pavlov dogged me. I can’t scream, rollercoasters, excitement or for the hell of it. Impossible, seen a lot of my blood. Now I see people get hurt, shot, blood I don’t care. I think ML has same PTSD.
