As much as i love pei suyue, you can’t deny what he did is actually wrong and is a crime. If it wasn’t the fact that susu loves him and forgive everything he did, he could actually be in jail for doing all of this.
Loving him is alright, he’s fictional after all but never defend what he’s doing and romanticize it. What he’s doing right now is a crime. We’re not even sure if its actually mutually consent or what because from what i see, susu is just going with the flow and also have this mindset of “i can fix him” thats why he’s going along with this

So you see, I don’t like him either but what he’s doing is very justified. Imagine walking inside the room to see your brother with a leg shackles around him. Yea he said he’s alright but how could he trust it fully? Every sane person would think badly if they see their family member WITH a leg shackles and is living like a prisoner. He’s nosy but he really just wants to make sure his brother ACTUALLY safe. You need to remember that he lost his brother before and all of his life he thought it was all his fault since he was a kid.
You can’t deny his genuine worries for his brother. His approach is wrong yes but it does not deny the fact that what he’s seeing right now is his brother getting imprisoned. At first its thats gu bastard that imprisoned him, and then he get imprisoned by his lover next. What kinda sane person won’t get worried. He doesn’t even know the full background and pei suyue personality well. Ofc he’s cautious. I just hoped that whatever information he got, he’ll go confront pei suyue and actually finally trust him fully. As a sane human being, none of these people doing are normal. None at all. Imprisoned and stuff. Shackling your lover, kidnapping and all

He must give it up to make ‘you’ feel more secure? This is the reason the main characters can’t get their shit together. Too many insecurities caused by ‘outsiders’ who are beyond selfish! Leave them alone already, this is getting annoying. 😩
