Chill guys, if you read somewhere at chapter 132-133 it explained that Cinian was pregnant by Doctor Zhao. And he told Wowo not to tell Cheng that’s where the peas came from earlier.
And the one Cinian was talking with at the end of the chapter was a Doctor, Dr. Zhao from the previous chapter. They must be discussing about Cinian’s condition carrying another baby.
