so for the people who are wondering about the censorship, author posts uncensored version as well. in the last few chapters, almost half of the panels are cropped out
So I went back and reread this and I gotta say…while I do think this is fucked in like the most fun and shovel-popcorn-in-your-mouth-while-watching-the-train wreck kind of way (that’s a compliment, TRUST) I wanna mention two things I really really like:
1) Hongyue simply not caring about the sexual history of his older partner
2) normally I am…trepidatious when a comic makes the virginity of the bottom (if they’re not switches, it looked like Hongyue might have bottomed in their encounter in the car) extremely explicit BUT I actually genuinely like it here because instead of being framed as making him more desirable it puts them on a similar level experience wise in a way that I think works really well – like despite the age difference they’re navigating a lot of this for the first time together and is something they can connect over, and it’s ALSO showing that this relationship is actually helping him overcome trauma :3
