@DevilDoom the story is originally mpreg, for weird censorship reasons they cut off that aspect of the story in the manhua. The plot revolves around the mpreg and the child (Ning Xiuyuan forced Cen Li to have him) so they forced the child into the story with the excuse of being adopted. It doesn’t make any sense but well, the adaptation created the problem from the start.
