Cheng Wang (what Jing Shao is given on the first episode)
Its a conferred title.
成王 means to 谓保持王道。to protect and maintain the way of the Prince/King – govern according to justice and benevolence.
Rui Wang (the title given to his brother by the emperor)
睿王 can refer to matters pertaining to the Emperor (used as an honorific) , e.g. the Emperor’s Astute/Profound edict, views, etc. It also means wise and farsighted / perspicacious
