also about the ‘copycat’, honestly most qts have pretty similar plots and planes: MC being punished or wtv and having a system, ML being op and usually super powerful and saving MC, MC either straigh-up power crazy or pretending to be a white lotus. Then the planes are often either a/b/o, guide/sentinel, zombie apocalypse, model, some kinda entertainment industry, vampire, blah blah
The ones that really stand-out even with the similar planes and plots, usually mean they did something really well with the character or relationship developments – so far, this one seems to be in the generic qt category, but that may change depending on how it ends
