Ok so this comic is like, 1000% deranged, but I’m gonna give props to one thing:
I’ve kind of been waiting since the beginning for him to drop character and the antagonist to be like, “…oh, hell yeah” 😂😂😂
I’m going to guess that in the novel, presumably being a lot in Bai Yu’s head and getting more of the person he ACTUALLY is vs the delicate flowers he usually plays, the fact that he’s kind of navigating a script is far more clear and the whole thing is a lot more palatable and cohesive. Could be wrong! I just have a suspish 😂
