Oh they skip a whole arc in the novel he runs away when he thinks he doesn’t want to baby the ml goes insane without any sleep the mc runs to another city without his surveillance. A friend of the ml accidentally see him and promise he won’t tell the ml about him and then later when he seems male lead he without noticing say he should look more for the mc cause of the baby (mind u the news of him being pregnant is nowhere) so with this the ml understand that he knows where the mc is then follow him slowly approachs the mc. The neighbor of mc is in love with him . The ml and the neighbor fight over him and ml try to win mc back and slowly will then then I think that’s also how the mom realized they’re 100 match but yeah
