   If he escapes before the surgery they will kill his baby I hope the doctor tells them Hill is pregnant.

   I think the older brother is not a cruel person. He feels ashamed for Hill’s condition, due to his bad strategy, and probably he doesn’t want the child to become another pawn in the King’s hand. He hates the ML? Clearly. But he is a caring brother, not a cruel one.
