The current plot in the high school timeline reminds me of the plot of Love Sick Dog between the mc and the villain/ML’s brother, loves the mc but denies it with the pretence of liking him as a pet of sorts, tho the one in that plot was far worse in terms of physical and mental abuse … (least atm, thankfully hasn’t occured here)
