Did they just skip the scene when the king wanted to use medicine but thought it will make yu difficult when he get pregnant so he throw it but yu pick it and eat the medicine and do that s*x? It’s important scene. Why they skip it. Cuz as I read in the novel yu is pregnant before they going back to the city
