I agree with the commenter feyren it would really be a silly law to right that because an heir is one of the most biggest reason for marriage and marrying a man in that time is considered bad

Does the tablet say that if there isn’t a woman suitable age and lineage for Emperor to marry, he can marry a man from a suitable linage? It would be silly enough law to have.
