@mangareader54 he is talking about the previous owner of that body who is dead no more and he doesn’t know that the new owner is a smart president. He actually don’t even know that real Ruan Qing is dead and a different soul has taken its place. So it’s natural for him to be surprised. As the real Ruan Qing was not talented or intelligent he can’t even save himself from his scheming second brother. So every time he found something new about Ruan Qing which is totally different from what he knew.
