It’s kind of confusing tbh. Normally heat comes in months for both parties but it is mentioned here that omega will experience heat when they reach adult age and if it is not subdued via any alpha then they will die(?).
So, in the future chapters, MC will experience heat because when he first came to this world, he came when the previous MC was experiencing heat so what happened was that the previous MC died and the new MC took his place, and it broke the normal cycle. That’s why the body will again release heat to take vengeance or something(you understand what I am trying to say?).
But this time ML will be present to take care so MC will be saved.
