Then this should be blame on the mother, ml wanted to start a business and its his mother that told him to get experience on her company and she made him have that position

Oh so he really got the job thanks to his connections. Sorry but was that really necessary?.. He should have had a different position instead of replacing someone who worked hard for it…..
