I don’t know what’s happening, but have you tried restarting your device or reloading the page? or just charging your device, leaving it for some time, and returning to check if it is working again? if it still doesn’t work I can’t help those are the methods I use when there is a problem with my device so sorry if my assistance wasn’t helpful I tried my best :/
