Now that I’ve reached the most recent chapter, I’ve come to the conclusion, that mc have retrograde amnesia, or partial amnesia. The one that turned him into omega is his brother, and 1st ml kept him locked up to hide him. 2nd ml must’ve had some connection with someone that, and that someone must’ve mentioned mc. (Im not good with name memorization, so good luck, i guess)
@Orielle you should read Rebirth (Yaoi) it’s a story like this but once you finish it you will see all the obvious clues the creator drops about the mc loving the ml even though he treated him badly, I don’t think you’ll be able to find it here but you can find it on mangabuddy!
