@CocoWT you have a point. But I think that based on the panels of the chapter it is highly likely that he would be infected because of the small wounds of the glass shards and having contact of (zombie blood) as they mentioned in the previous chapter

i think he was bitten by a zombie someway or another since his ability can control people. So think about it, if his ability is to control people, wouldnt he be able to control zombies if he was bitten? this could possibly lead to his death and maybe thats why hes nose was bleeding. idk
