I forgot the storyline cause It’s been a whilr I’m reading it but if the doc was there when he was a kid in his previous life then how come he’s there when the substitute is grown up now? Timeline doesn’t match up or is the two world different? There was some difference tho in the first few chapters gong mentioned it.

So there was doctor Jin in their previous life too, but died early and then this guy replaced him and became Jin Siye since he looked a lot like him?
