Well, the ML is not that bad. It’s just that previous MC is someone who is scheming and tricky,so ML is disgusted by his behavior. Still he cares about him,when he thought MC was mentally ill he was worried about him.

But when side couple switch position,and ml trickled mc and made him promise to be always bottom (when mc didn’t even know what top and bottom means, they didn’t had papapa yet)
That made me so pissed off and l stopped reading…😊
