I think people are too stuck up with the past to move forward this includes assholes like the Gu. Either way, he is trying his best to make up for the misdeeds he has done and I feel he should be given a chance. Also the MC held everything in and never told the Gu bastard what is really going on with his personal life…in my opinion communication is key to a relationship which they both didn’t do.
