From what i understand, ML never loved mc in the past life, nor does he hse love as an excuse to bully him. He betrayed him and now he feels guilty for betraying someone who loved him wholeheartedly. Regardless of ml’s own feelings, most of his actions in this life are driven by guilt. It doesnt absolve him of the betrayal just yet though, not till we find out why he did it in the first place.
I think i know why i’m being angry now. One it’s because he killed him and his excuse is ‘love’ this mothahfakah! And second there is no communication.
